The country star, 36, shared a makeup-free selfie to Instagram on Saturday, showing off her post-workout glow nearly 10 weeks after shewelcomed her second son Jacob Bryan.
“When your face matches your shirt = you had a good workout! Unless your shirt is blue…then maybe you should be concerned! 😂 (sorry, total mom joke),” she wrote. “I took these pics after my gym sesh yesterday (today I’m cleaning this mess of a house, which I totally consider to be my Saturday workout).”
Underwood was sporting a pink tank top in the shot with the words “I’m doing this for me” written in white. She also included a photo of her gray and pink leggings, which feature a flower design.
Underwoodpreviously saidearlier this month that she’d had a difficult time “bouncing back” after welcoming her second son, but made a promise that she’d be less hard on herself.
Underwood’s weekend also included a good laugh: On Sunday, theAmerican Idolalum revealed via Twitter the hilarious nickname her 4-year-old son Isaiah Michael recently bestowed upon her.
“My own kid just called me ‘Carefree Underwear.’ This is basically elementary school all over again,” she jokingly tweeted.

“Jacob Bryan Fisher entered the world in the wee hours of the morning on Monday … his mom, dad and big brother couldn’t be happier for God to trust them with taking care of this little miracle!” Underwood wrote alongside aphoto galleryof herself, Fisher and proud big brother Isaiah holding onto Jacob.
Underwoodcelebrated her 36th birthdaywith her sons and husband on March 10.
“Thanks, everyone, for the birthday wishes,” she wrote. “I’m spending my day perfectly…on the couch, in my comfies, snuggled up with my boys! ❤️🎂!”
The singer is gearing up for herCry Prettytour, which kicks off May 1 in North Carolina and wraps on Halloween in Detroit.
