The software would admit users to do thing such as money transferee , view equalizer and even pay bill from their mobile phone . Reports also show that Cingular wo n’t be charging extra for this inspection and repair . The diligence is currently in examine phases while Cingular is looking for a bank to partner with . ask a full commercial roll out in early 2007 .
