Gwyneth shared last year that her wellness routine includedeating lots of “cooked vegetables, all kinds of protein, healthy carbs” to lower inflammation in her body.

She said she also tries to stay active with “one hour of movement” each day, explaining, “I’ll either take a walk or I’ll do Pilates or I’ll do myTracy Anderson. I dry brush and I get in the sauna.”
This isn’t the first time the actress has opened up about Bruce, who died in October 2002 from throat cancer at age 58. During another Instagram Story Q&A with her followers in August 2023, Gwyneth opened up about the thingsshe missed about her dad, including his sense of humor.
“I miss my dad so much and I miss his humor,” she said at the time. “I was just on a walk with a friend this morning, and even she was talking about the things that my dad used to say. His phrases. He was kind of a philosopher, in his own way. And just had the most brilliant one-liners.”
