During the Second World War , British mysterious agents were equipped with a number of devices that were arm with explosive , include soap , shoe , bottleful of chianti , cycle pump , suitcases — and rat . SOE concluded : “ The trouble caused to them was a much great winner to us than if the rats had actually been used . ”
