Kourtney Kardashian Barkeris set on doing things her way.
On the latest episode ofThe Kardashians, theLemmeco-founder’s family reacts to how the 44-year-old and husbandTravis Barker, 48, publicly shared their pregnancy news.
In the scene,Kris Jenner, 68, bemoans Kardashian Barker for not telling her about the pregnancy announcement. The Good American co-founder, 39, approached her sister about it and told her it “really hurt” Jenner’s feelings that “she found out on the news.”
“I thought I was being Punk’d and then I realized it was the ABC News. I knew she was pregnant, but I just didn’t know she was going to announce it, " the momager explained.
Kardashian Barker maintains she just “forgot,” to which Jenner replies, “She forgot she had a family. That’s what pregnancy brain does. It’s just wild how that happens.”

In her own confessional, the expectant mom says, “I just truly didn’t think to invite them to the LA concert and didn’t think that they would care to come.”
“I did tell Khloé about it and she asked me to change it to San Diego. It’s not about you,” she notes. “It was truly just our way to tell the world and it was just about me and Travis, not about anything else.”
“This is why I don’t invite you guys to stuff, because it’s not about you. Everything becomes about everyone and the way they want to do it and all their complaints and I’m like, ‘Ah, I see why I didn’t invite you to the other thing.'”

The drummer is also father to sonLandon, 20, daughterAlabama, 17, and stepdaughterAtiana De La Hoya, 24, with his ex-wifeShanna Moakler. Kardashian Barker shares sonsReign Aston, 8, andMason Dash, 13, plus daughterPenelope, 11, with exScott Disick.
The source told PEOPLE that Barker was “being amazing,” and noted how “he brings her favorite, healthy food to the hospital.” The insider added, “He makes sure she has everything that she needs.”
As for Kardashian Barker, the source shared she “is over the moon about her son’s arrival, adding, “Her pregnancy took a stressful turn towards the end.”
