Sandoval, 40, hit the red carpet wearing a white suit jacket, black shirt and loose-fitting black pinstripe pants. He rounded out his look with chunky white sneakers and a splash of jewelry in the form of two necklaces — one beaded and the other a lightning bolt — and a matching lightning bolt earring for good measure.
“I’m not gonna take away the things about myself that make me who I am. I’ve been shaving lightning bolts in my head since I was a little kid. I’ve been painting my nails for 10 years,” he said.

The new seasonof the reality show will delve into the consequences ofSandoval’s affair withVPRcostar Raquel Leviss, which led to his split withgirlfriend of nine yearsAriana Madix.An extended trailerreveals lingering tension between Sandoval and Madix, 38, who still cohabit their L.A. home. Their breakup has also divided friends, with Sandoval supporters and Madix’s circle butting heads. WhenVanderpumpcostarScheana Shayhugs Sandoval,Katie Maloneycautioned, “If you’re going to be friends with him, [Ariana] is going to f—ing cut you off.”

In March 2023, PEOPLE reported thatthe reality show couple had broken upafter Madix foundan intimate video and a “history of inappropriate texts”between Leviss, 29, and Sandoval on his phone. Sandoval seemingly confirmed the cheating allegations with a cryptic Instagram post saying he was“sorry for everything.”
Later that month, both Sandoval andLeviss apologizedpublicly to Madix for the affair. “I made mistakes, I was selfish, and made reckless decisions that hurt somebody I love,” he wrotein another Instagram post. “My biggest regret is that I dishonored Ariana.”
However, inan April interviewwith Howie Mandel, Sandoval claimed that he “did break up with [Ariana] on Valentine’s Day,” but she was “completely in denial.”
An explosive tenth season in which Madix said she wanted Sandoval"to die"culminated ina fiery reunion. The TomTom restaurant owner professed his undying love for Madix. “I will always be cheering you on from afar, always.”

AtBravoCon 2023in November, the Tom Sandoval & The Most Extras frontmanfaced relentless boosfrom the audience for the affair, referred to as “Scandoval.” In response to the jeers, Sandoval stated that he’d “rather stand here and face it” than skip the convention.
